What is offline support?
Currently the Tactics Cards store your settings locally (offline), however all pages are still requested from the server (requiring an internet connection). I have turned this into a progressive web app (PWA), which means you can 'install' it on your mobile device and it will act like a native app. This also enables me to set up prefetching, which means that the app will download all the pages and allow you to use it without an internet connection.
tl;dr: you should be able to use this site offline.

- Replaced entire Vehicle section with GW wording. Personally I found this too confusing to refence. It's currently very verbose so I'll trim it down over time, but it should be more intuitive (and is appropriately cross-referenced).
